Just trying to get another POV regarding the issue. I'm posting here as I've seen the support and help people get when they come up with issues, as it could not be an isolated issue so people might have ran into it before, or may have fixed it for themselves. I'm mostly being impatient regarding him contacting the technical team, but it's rough trying to find work arounds for a few new features just to keep up with my class. The last agents said he'll pass the case onto a technical support agent, but I have no confirmation of this.
They've told me to reinstall the software, start downloads on other browsers, etc. I've spoken with some support agents, all of whom have said I should have access to the software. However, my account is a student account, with full access to all the other software. When I try to launch, I get hit with a access has expired.
However, with the 2021 3ds max release, I have yet to be able to use it. I have a student license for autodesk products (university student), and I've been using it for the past year or so.
